Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Solefy. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Solefy.

Service description

Solefy provides AI-assisted image generation for footwear, foot portrait, and fashion-style visuals. The app may support generation with your uploaded portrait source or with a random-face workflow.

AI results can vary. We do not guarantee that every generated image will match your expectation, template preview, prompt, or uploaded source.

Your content and permissions

You are responsible for the images and prompts you provide. You must have the legal right and permission to upload, process, and use any image or likeness submitted to Solefy.

You grant Solefy the rights needed to process your uploaded images, prompts, and related content for the purpose of providing the service, generating outputs, operating infrastructure, and handling support requests.

Prohibited use

You may not use Solefy for unlawful content, harassment, impersonation, non-consensual use of another person's likeness, infringement, privacy violations, exploitation, or attempts to bypass safety or platform rules.

We may restrict access, refuse processing, remove content, or take other action when we believe use of the service violates these terms or applicable law.

Subscriptions and credits

Solefy may offer subscriptions that provide recurring benefits such as daily credits. Solefy may also offer one-time credit packs. Credits are used to start generation tasks and may be subject to limits, expiration, or availability rules shown in the app.

Subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple through your Apple ID and App Store account settings.

Generated results

Subject to your compliance with these terms and applicable law, you may use generated results for lawful personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for confirming that your use of generated results does not violate rights of others or platform policies.

Generated results may contain artifacts, inaccuracies, or unintended visual details. You should review results before publishing, distributing, or using them in a commercial context.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features at any time. Cloud providers, model availability, app store rules, and operational constraints may affect service availability.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Solefy is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solefy and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
